When you feel that no body understand you better, it doesn't mean that you are pessimistic or skeptical. Some people go the shortest way, some go around to the same end. Don't worry my friend, I understand, because I have been swimming the same river with you. There is no right or wrong. That doesn't really matter how long this body and soul get along to each other, but it does matter to endeavor more joy to the rest of your life. In God's will eventually.
Another determinant factor that cause or even aggravating every CHF/DCM/IDCM or any heart diseases is psychological factor. And a very thin layers separating the medical and psychological side, are adrenalin and emotion. So that, everything that affect your heart beat will interfere the recovery of heart disease especially Ischemic Dilated Cardiomyopathy.
By all means and circumstances, self control is never be a bad thing for you to learn. I suggest you start to learn it when you are still very young and healthy, because believe it or not that human mind, thoughts, consciousness, or whatever we used to call it, usually become 50 % determinant of any illness we ever experienced in the future.
So please if you have a Congestive Heart Failure or any other degenerative illness (e.g. cancer), simply remember :
- Not to be temperamental and please manage your anger.
- Don't used to have vengeance inside your "heart"
- control your breath and anxiety. Long and slow breath is better.
- So control your reflex too. The more calm you are, the more reflex and focus you will have, without burdening the heart pulse.
- Be Patient doesn't mean that you are slow, but wiser.
- Don't be (too) sad, since some people say that laughter is powerful and effective remedy. Volatile emotion like : anger, sadness, fear, paranoia, anxiety, or even curiosity, will be a negative input to the heart beat.
- Have a pleasant dream when you sleep (high quality of sleep is a priority)
- Don't be depressed by anything.
So dude, so far i have already tried to spread up the topics from logic to illogical, from science to a bit of metaphysics, from exact to non-exact things. And finally no matter how hard i try, i am might not too good to draw a line between them like this :
I'm not directing anybody to any religion, but for me it is just said : BALANCE. You will not fall down if you have a good balance. True ?
